Through partnerships, ATRI is involved in bringing the gospel to people worldwide, including those who have never heard it in their native language, and providing resources for international discipleship. The founders, John and Darlene Ankerberg, have a long history of evangelistic work and are actively involved in the ministry's operations.

Our partnership with Faith Comes By Hearing (FCBH) was inspired by Dr. John Ankerberg's experience in 2013 when he was asked to find an audio version of the Bible for a blind acquaintance who could no longer read. Through his search, Dr. Ankerberg discovered FCBH. Dr. Ankerberg recognized FCBH's significant impact on fulfilling The Great Commission and how it aligns with the mission of ATRI. He connected with FCBH and discovered their desire to share their work through broadcast and digital media. Thus, a partnership was born, with ATRI responsible for sharing FCBH's mission through various media outlets, most notably on The John Ankerberg Show. At the same time, FCBH continues its primary work of translating, sharing, and delivering the Word of God.

GIVE AN AUDIO BIBLE

  • My name is Debebe. I am married with ten children. We live in a remote area, and I work as a farmer to provide for them. Five of my children now have families of their own, and all of us, including me, are unable to read. We wanted desperately to know God’s Word, but there was no one in the family to read the Bible. Luckily, our pastor began a listening program close to our home. Now, we can hear the Word of God and learn more about Jesus Christ. We are very thankful for this Audio Bible.

  • A pastor who came to visit us brought with him an Audio Bible. As we listened, we were surprised to hear God’s Word in our mother tongue. We live in the countryside isolated from other communities, and this makes it very hard to learn new things. But thanks to the Audio Bible, we listen to God’s Word daily and have accepted Christ as our Lord and Savior. We now understand how we should live our lives in Christ, and we have abandoned many of our customs that do not honor God. Our family life has changed dramatically, especially in the area of prayer and love towards those who are not in Christ. God’s Word has taught us to love others despite the potential threat of persecution.

  • Two months ago my husband left our home—he left me with my kids. During that time my sister and the pastor visited me and prayed for me. I received Christ in my heart and they invited me to their group to listen to God’s Word on the Proclaimer. Now, after praying a lot, my husband came back home and he wants to stay with us again.
