Approximately 70% of people worldwide learn primarily through audible communication, meaning that around 5.7 billion people need to hear the gospel to understand and accept it.Shockingly, over 1 billion people still do not have access to God's Word in a format they can understand. Our partnership with Faith Comes by Hearing (FCBH) brings God’s Word to those who have never heard the gospel in their native language.

Audio Bibles also help create listening groups within communities. Listening groups form when people gather around an Audio Bible to listen and learn from the Word of God. Listening groups open the door for encouragement and discipleship within communities. 

The different types of Audio Bible devices we help provide are:

1. Proclaimer: The Proclaimer is a solar-powered digital player, preloaded with an Audio Bible in the local heart language. Used in church services, villages, and listening groups, the Proclaimer provides thousands of hours of Bible listening, discussion, and discipleship, allowing people to become saturated with God’s Word and learn what it is to follow Jesus.
2. Micro SD Cards: Micro SD cards are small memory devices that are loaded with the Word ofGod translated into the needed language and provided to a pastor or Christian worker overseas.When these micro SD cards are inserted into mobile phones, people can hear the Word of God in their language.
3. Biblestick: BibleSticks are personal digital players that are battery-powered and come loaded with an Audio Bible. Some are distributed to the men and women in our Armed Forces, while others are sent to refugee camps to be given to people who need to hear the truth of God’s Word in their language. A BibleStick and an SD card are sent together with this gift.
4. Audio Bundle:Providing three different Audio Bible devices, the Audio Bible bundle gives the gift of 3 SD cards, 3 BibleSticks, and an Audio Proclaimer. The SD Cards can be placed in phones, BibleSticks are used by soldiers in the field, and refugee camps, and Audio Proclaimers are designed to be heard by larger groups of people.

He connected with FCBH and discovered their desire to share their work through broadcast and digital media. Thus, a partnership was born, with ATRI responsible for sharing FCBH's mission through various media outlets, most notably onThe John Ankerberg Show. At the same time, FCBH continues its primary work of translating, sharing, and delivering the Word of God

This partnership was partly inspired by Dr. John Ankerberg's experience in 2013 when he was asked to find an audio version of the Bible for a blind acquaintance who could no longer read. Through his search, Dr. Ankerberg discovered FCBH, an organization that spends years creating translations and recording audio versions of the Bible in specific languages. They then distribute these Audio Bibles to groups of people who need them most.

Dr. Ankerberg recognized FCBH's significant impact on fulfilling The Great Commission and how it aligns with the mission and passion of The John Ankerberg Show. He connected with FCBH and discovered their desire to share their work through media. Thus, a partnership was born, with The John Ankerberg Show responsible for sharing FCBH's mission through various media outlets. At the same time, FCBH continues its primary work of translating, sharing, and delivering the Word of God.

Thanks to gifts given to The John Ankerberg Show, this partnership has had a significant impact, reaching almost 17,000,000 people. Dr. Ankerberg's passion for this partnership is evident when he discusses it, inspiring those around him.
