There are 7,140 languages in the world. Approximately 4,000 languages have no Bible in their language. But, even if you gave a printed Bible to the majority of these people, most could not read their own language. How it Works
When a new language translation of the Bible is received, Faith Comes By Hearing sends a recording team to the region (or nearby, if the area is extremely dangerous) to allow native language speakers to record the Bible in their language. Once an approved translation is recorded, it is then sent to Faith Comes By Hearing to edit, publish, and load onto Audio Bible devices. When devices are ready to go, they are sent to partners on the field, where many Christians risk their lives to take the audible Word of God to those who need to hear.

In the body of Christ, we all play our individual roles, and in this partnership we are thankful that it works the same way. At The John Ankerberg Show, our current role is to purchase television airtime and utilize translation services so that our gospel-centered programs can air internationally as an outreach, as well as promote, fund, and equip Faith Comes By Hearing with what they need for Audio Bible development and distribution. Likewise, Faith Comes By Hearing covers the next part of the process by developing, recording, and distributing Audio Bibles through local partners internationally.
