Audio Bibles
Giving God's Word in audio form changes lives for eternity. An Audio Bible device, such as a Proclaimer, a BibleStick, or a Micro SD card, can penetrate the most impenetrable borders, even the human heart (Hebrews 4:12).
Most of us will never have the opportunity to actually go to a foreign country to share the gospel. But your gift for one or more Audio Bibles allows God’s Word to go into places where often no one has gone before. Will you give the gift of God's Word today?

Testimonials
“Taking part in demonic ceremonies, animal sacrifices, and calling on evil spirits—these were my customs. Nightmares and bad dreams plagued me until I began listening to the audible Word of God in our language. Its words changed my mind and my heart. All those times I followed my Christian husband to church but never paid attention—those are gone now. God’s Word is teaching me a different way, one that promises a reward in heaven, not on earth.”

Pastor Marcus told us about Pooja, whose mother was a bitter, angry woman. Pooja says her mom, “lied about everybody; she backstabbed them all, and from the moment she got up until the moment she went to sleep, she made life in the home miserable.” But then she heard about Jesus through hearing the audio Proclaimer. Jesus came into her life and completely transformed her. How she no longer responds to insults by insults. She is kind, peaceful, and gentle. She now helps others who are sick or in need. What a difference!
Morgan Jackson tells the story of one village captain who began to listen to God’s Word on a Proclaimer. After some time he came to realize that Jesus was the True God. However, he did not accept Christ as his lord and savior. When the missionary asked him why, he responded that if he accepted Christ then, his village would reject him. Instead, he wanted to take the Proclaimer to his village and allow everyone to hear it. That way they could all listen together, they could all reach the conclusion that Jesus was the True God, and they could accept Him together as a community. The missionary asked him if he wasn’t running the risk of dying without Christ. His response? “I would rather die and go to hell than lose all of my people. I would take that risk.” In a communal society, even salvation is a communal action. Praise God He is working in the lives of communities just like this in South America!
Sarah is a pastor in one country in Southeast Asia. She tells us that her ministry includes several drug rehab centers. Typically, in government-run drug centers, the addicts are brought in in handcuffs, chained to the floor, and left to withdraw cold turkey without any medical intervention. Often this would take several days of absolute agony. However, as she began playing the audio Proclaimers in her centers, she says the addicts who were hearing God’s Word were kicking the drugs in as little as 24 hours! Within a month, many of these former addicts have received Christ as their savior. The same results have been seen in more than 100 other church-run drug rehab centers, proving the power of God’s Word to change lives.
So many people still need to hear!

More to the Story is a web series that continues the conversations with guests and friends of The John Ankerberg Show. Co-hosts Michelle Ankerberg and Jeff Pallansch sit down with guests and talk about faith, apologetics, and evangelism. They love digging deeper into the conversation, allowing us to learn more about the guests personally and hear how they serve the Lord in their areas of ministries.
