Mother’s Day 7 Days of Prayer: Day 4

DAY 4 – A VIRTUOUS WOMAN

She opens her mouth in wisdom, and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue. (Proverbs 31:26-27)

For Mom:

Father, help my mother to be a virtuous woman – faithful, diligent, generous and spiritually strong. I pray that love and kindness will always be in her heart and on her tongue today. I thank you that I have been the recipient of her wisdom, love and kindness. Please give her wisdom as she guides her children today and as she manages all the areas you have entrusted to her. As she opens her mouth, I pray wisdom and kindness flow freely. In Jesus Name, Amen.

For Grandmother:

Father, help my grandmother to be a virtuous woman – faithful, diligent, generous and spiritually strong. Thank you for her wisdom. I pray her tongue will be saturated with your wisdom and kindness today. Show her ways to share these virtues with her children and grandchildren. I pray you will give her wisdom with her time and opportunities to pour your love into others. As she opens her mouth today I pray wisdom and kindness will flow freely. In Jesus Name, Amen

For Children and Grandchildren:

Father, I pray today that my children and grandchildren will seek wisdom and extend kindness. I pray they will learn to seek wisdom from you and be kind to those around them. Teach them O God that they can trust you to give them wisdom. I pray they would be receptive to gain wisdom from the wise people you have placed in their lives. I pray they will weigh their words today before speaking. As they open their mouth I pray kindness flows freely. In Jesus Name, Amen
