The jashow.org website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Ankerberg Theological Research Institute ("The John Ankerberg Show"). jashow.org is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of jashow.org constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

 jashow.org is a Non-Profit Site.

 The John Ankerberg Show is a television and media ministry committed to defending the Christian faith, encouraging the believer, and challenging the skeptic. Our website serves to provide real answers to real questions through digital resources (blogs, videos, podcasts, articles, etc.), access to our television programming, and products for purchase.

Privacy

Your use of jashow.org is subject to The John Ankerberg Show's Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Visiting jashow.org or sending emails to The John Ankerberg Show constitutes electronic communications.  Children Under Thirteen

The John Ankerberg Show does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use jashow.org only with permission of a parent or guardian.

 Cancellation/Refund Policy

The John Ankerberg Show will accept the return of damaged or defective merchandise for credit or replacement within (90) ninety days from the date of purchase.
Any discrepancy or claim against an invoice must be submitted in writing to The John Ankerberg Show within (30) thirty days from the date of invoice.

The John Ankerberg Show content is not for resale. The John Ankerberg Show has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services.  The John Ankerberg Show reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in The John Ankerberg Show's sole discretion.

MONITORING ONLINE POSTINGS

The John Ankerberg Show shall have the right to monitor and review the content of any discussions, chats, forums, postings, transmissions and bulletin boards, although The John Ankerberg Show is not under legal obligation to do so. As a Christian organization we uphold specific foundational beliefs. We expect visitors to our sites, and anyone using our communication tools to adhere to a sense of decency and decorum that we deem appropriate. We are the sole authority on questions of appropriateness. Naturally, The John Ankerberg Show assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of an online posting. However, we do specifically prohibit you or any visitor from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage what could be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law. The John Ankerberg Show will fully cooperate with authorities or court orders requesting details of criminal postings. The John Ankerberg Show shall have the right in its sole discretion to edit, refuse to post or remove any material submitted to or posted on any The John Ankerberg Show web site. The John Ankerberg Show shall have the right to remove any material that it determines to be in violation of these provisions or otherwise objectionable. In addition, children 13 and under are not authorized to post messages or participate in Forums on any The John Ankerberg Show Web site unless the site has been specifically designed for them and all appropriate parental notification and approval devices have been complied with fully.  Termination/Access Restriction

The John Ankerberg Show reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Tennessee in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.

 You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and The John Ankerberg Show as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. The John Ankerberg Show's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of The John Ankerberg Show's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by The John Ankerberg Show with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

 Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and The John Ankerberg Show with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and The John Ankerberg Show with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.

Governing Law

The Services are offered in and from the State of Tennessee and your use of the Services is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee. We may store or process your information outside your city, province, state, or country, including through one of our contractors and service providers. As a result, your personal information may be stored in a country or state that operates under privacy and data protection laws different from those of your home jurisdiction. Currently, servers storing information provided through the Services are in Chattanooga, TN.

Your submission of information to our Services and your consent to this Privacy Policy includes consent to such transfer, storage, and processing outside of your jurisdiction and in the United States and the State of Tennessee. All matters relating to this Policy or the Services and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to the same shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule, and you agree that any such dispute or claim shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in Chattanooga, Tennessee. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

We reserve the right to modify this Policy or its terms at any time at our discretion. The John Ankerberg Show encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates. We also reserve the right to modify the content and functionality of the Services at any time in our sole discretion, and nothing herein should be construed as any warranty or guarantee that any particular function or content will be available through the Services.

This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and incorporated Cookie Policy constitutes the sole and entire agreement between you and The John Ankerberg Show with respect to the Services and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the same. If any provision of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
