May I begin by saying that friends like you are a rare gift. I am grateful to God for touching your heart and mind with the need to present and defend the gospel on TV. Thank you! We covet your prayers as we minister this year.
We are excited to tell you that we have added eight new NBC, ABC, and Fox stations over the past year. The result is that many new people are now watching our programs who have not seen any of the information we have previously broadcast.

As we move into April people will hear from former atheist turned Christian Lee Strobel, former legal editor of the Chicago Tribune. In our final two programs of this series, Lee talks about “The Most Astonishing Miracles, including our response when God doesn’t do important miracles for us. He is Risen!
On Easter Sunday we will hear from Dr. William Lane Craig who in 2016 was named by The Best Schools as one of the 50 most influential living philosophers.
I have asked him to present the evidence that answers the question “Did Jesus Rise from the Dead?” In this special program we will share four historical facts accepted by about 80 to 90 percent of all New Testament scholars today, both Christian and non-Christian. They include the death and honorable burial of Jesus, His empty tomb, His postmortem appearances, and the origin of the disciples’ belief in Jesus as God.
As you celebrate Easter this year, remember Paul’s words in 1 Corinthians 15:17: “If Christ has not been raised, your faith is worthless; you are still in your sins.” But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead.
He is risen. He is risen indeed!

Faith Comes By Hearing
Coming up at after Easter, Morgan Jackson of Faith Comes By Hearing will be back in our studio to give us an update on what your giving toward Audio Bibles has accomplished throughout the world. You will be amazed to hear how God has used you. Our latest report shows there are now 9,099,433 people in listening groups, listening in 145 languages in more than 45 nations, who are regularly interacting with God’s Word through Audio Bibles. About half of those, or roughly 4.5 million people, have come to faith in Christ as a result of hearing God’s Word through the Audio Bibles that you and others have provided.
But remember that sharing God’s Word in some countries is not without risk. We recently received a letter that asked us, “Please pray for [a worker in an unnamed country]. He is zealous for the Lord and risks his life in many ways to distribute these devices and share the gospel message. He states that the Audio Bibles have profoundly impacted people’s lives. He participates in weekly baptisms as new believers declare their commitment to follow Jesus.”
Please pray for this man and others like him who risk their lives to share their faith. As God leads, please see the enclosed card to give your gift toward an Audio Bible.
New Stations/New Times
We are pleased to tell you the call letters of a few of the NEW stations we are on:
- WXII (NBC) Greensboro, NC, Sundays at 12:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
- WLOS (ABC) Greenville, SC, Sundays at 10:30 a.m.
We have also added another time to an existing station, WGGN in Cleveland, OH. We will still air at 5:30 PM Saturdays and 1:00 PM Sundays, but we are adding 8:00 PM Sunday night. Please make note of these new opportunities to see the John Ankerberg Show, and let friends and family in those areas know.
Where, O death, is your victory?
At Easter time we celebrate an event that should affect us every day of our lives. We must never forget that Jesus’ resurrection not only proves that He is God, but He also opened the way to eternal life for us.
But consider also what Paul says about the effect of the resurrection in our everyday lives. He exhorts us in 1 Corinthians 15:54-57 to tell others:
Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.
Paul heard from the other disciples what Jesus had told them in person.
Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age” (Matthew 28:18-20).
God encourages us to tell people about His gift of salvation through the death of His Son. And that is what you are doing. Thank you for working with us as we share the gospel on television, via the internet, and by radio all around the world.
