I hope you’ve been enjoying our recent series on the book of Revelation with Dr. Jimmy DeYoung. As I watch today’s news, we continue to see events that closely align with the Bible’s predictions regarding the last days.
For example, Ezekiel 38 describes a coalition of nations that will join in battle against Israel in the end times. The identities of these nations include Russia, Turkey, Iran, and other nations surrounding Israel. As we watch news headlines, it is clear Iran and Israel continue to face increasing tensions.
Russia’s plans also show an array of startling connections. As the United States exits Syria, for example, Russian troops have continued to strengthen ties in the area north of Israel.
Turkey has also become more notable for its anti-Semitic views. In a December speech to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan discredited Israel and pled for Islamic “unity” against Western nations as it supports the Palestinian people against Israel.
These and other headlines are often missed by people in the general public—yet the Bible speaks clearly about the unfolding plans in the Middle East we see today.
As we continue our series on Revelation this month, you’ll discover important aspects of the future foreshadowed in world events today. For example, in part two of our series, program 5 discusses the revived Roman Empire that will arise during the Tribulation period. Could the power of the European Union or the United Nations serve as part of the fulfillment of these predictions?
Program 6 highlights the three sets of seven judgments that will take place during the Tribulation, bringing vast destruction upon the earth. Our world may face trouble now, but our conflicts do not compare with the destruction, bloodshed, and devastation that will take place during the last three and a half years of the seven-year Tribulation.
In program 7, we feature Christ’s return at the end of the seven-year Tribulation period. He will defeat His enemies at the Battle of Armageddon, just as He predicted. Following His victory, our Lord will set up His 1,000-year Millennial Kingdom, reigning in fulfillment of His promises to Israel through the Jewish prophets of the Old Testament.
In program 8, we conclude with Satan’s final rebellion and defeat at the end of the Millennial Kingdom. We’ll discuss God’s final judgment and the end of sin. We will also briefly highlight our future home in eternity future. Revelation 21 and 22 include God providing a beautiful new heaven, new earth, and New Jerusalem.

Audio Bibles Continue to Change Lives
Because of your gifts, we have now provided audio Bibles to reach over 3 million people in listening groups in 120 languages and 40 countries. Approximately half of those in listening groups make a decision for Christ, meaning this outreach has helped reach over 1.5 million people for Christ!
As of this writing, the audio Bible is available in 1,328 languages! This is more than double the number of languages available when we began working with Faith Comes By Hearing just a short time ago. Yet much work remains. Approximately 2,000 languages still need a Bible translation project to begin.
Did you know an estimated 70 percent of the world’s population consists of oral learners or those who cannot read well enough to understand the Bible? Even when the Bible is translated into a new language, it often has little impact until recorded in audio and distributed on listening devices.
Our goal is to help proclaim the gospel to every person in every nation. Matthew 24:14 says, “And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.”
